Jerk (off jerk blocks)
65, 95, 115, 125, 135, 145, 147, 150F.

Beat the crap outta my shoulders, basically. Got some good split practice in at the lower weights, then wussed out when things got heavy. Pretty much push pressed 147, but okay, I’ll take it. Pretty sure with a little more practice will be able to go way heavier. At least, I *hope* that’s what happens.
