EMOM for 45 Minutes at easy pace:
Minute 1: Row
Minute 2: Single-Arm Front Rack KB Walk, 20kg
Minute 3: Asymmetrical 1/4 Squat Jumps, alternate sides every 3 reps, 25#
Minute 4: Ring Push-Ups / Plank, with turn-out
Minute 5: Rest.
