Strength

Squat

AHAP (for sets 5-10) –
10×2 Back Squat with load hanging (kb on bands)

with 2x12kg KB — 20kgx2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2, 45×2, 50×2, 55×2, 55×2, 55×2.

Right knee feels explody. Pretty sure none of these were really to depth. Didn’t feel appreciably different with kbs than without.

Deadlift

10×2 Sumo Deadlift @ 50% + band

135# + skinny blue band

Clean & Jerk

6×2 Hang Clean below knee @ 60%
45kgx2, 50×2, 50×2, 50×2, 50×2, 50×2, 50×2.

Snatch

6×2 Hang Snatch from mid-thigh @ 60%

40kgx2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2, 40×2.

Evolution

5 Rounds For Time:
6 3 Muscle-Ups [black band bar]
6 HSPU (strict green+black band)
6 TTB

Um. 20 minutes or so. Not a metcon but good strength/skill practice. Practiced kipping TTB. Again.
