Workout of the Day
1RM Shoulder to Overhead
1RM Weighted Pull-up
Max Height Box Jump

Screwed around with this. Mostly practiced split with sets of 5 @83# for S2O. 10# weighted pull-up (kip somewhat inhibited.) Low 30s box jump. Taking it easy due to continued spine instability… it feels better but throwing any kind of real weight overhead seems like it would be a bad idea still… not to mention taking a risky box jump attempt. I feel like if I took a dive onto a box I might just fracture into a million pieces like glass.
