
Of course, the morning's 8-mile hike could have had a little something to do with it as well. Runkeeper didn't work so well on the way up, but this is what the way down looked like. Total elevation gain: 1400 feet or so.

Ohmygoodness this was terrible. Hadn’t done Nancy since late ’09 and this still took me 20 seconds longer. Couldn’t breath at all on the runs — actually resorted to walking pretty much every round after the first. This high altitude thing isn’t working so well for me!
