
Mad respect for the BEASTS who did this workout at the Games at the very end of 3 long days of insane workouts and STILL completely kicked my ass.

20 shoulder to overhead, 95 lb.
Sled pull (260 lb. sled attached to 50′ battling rope; 2×50′ pulls)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes.

Yep, that was pretty miserable! On the up side, the 14# wall ball felt fucking fantastic with that terrible 20# Karen fresh in my mind. On the down side, things deteriorated pretty spectacularly after the first trip through. Probably good training for FGB6!
