20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
6:05 | 6:24 | 7:34 | 7:17 | 6:56 = 45:16.
15-minute PR! Felt much, much easier than last time. Of course last time I did have a broken hip, so there’s that. Still.
