Keith’s Special Chesticles Workout

2 chest to bar chin ups every minute while completing:
35 Bench Press, 75lbs 95lbs
35 Dumbbell Pullovers, 25lbs 35lbs


Last time 6:50 (~14 months ago) with 75/25lbs… so… this seems pretty good.

In related news: although I am technically medically prohibited from working out, this seemed positively harmless next to the alternative, aka this year’s Jacinto Storm (pictured) which, btw, I will absolutely be doing next week once I am mmm-kinda-halfway cleared for “vigorous” activity.
