CrossFit Ladies Night
21, 15, 9 reps for time of:
Deadlifts, 155lbs
Handstand Push-ups (one abmat)

26:18.  Um… started the push-ups with full ROM off two competition 45’s with an abmat in between.  After 6 that totally fell apart.  Switched to abmat with hands on floor.  This went a lot worse than the 12-15-9 box jump / hspu workout we did last week, so I think just… shoulder fatigue?
