150m x 6 Run
Rest as long as the previous run interval.

7:01.  Took this at a jog.  First indication that today should have been a rest day.

CrossFit Workout of the Day
For time:
50 Deadlifts*, 205lbs
*Every time you let go of the bar you must do 5 burpees

17:04. Sets of 5 all the way through (45 burpees.)  Didn’t actually feel as bad as I thought it would, but should be able to do this much, much faster.  Again, was taking it slow (partly this was to make sure I didn’t hurt my back — after that DL/box jump workout @205 it was sore for about a week.)

For time:
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 unbroken Double Unders.

41:03.  About 15 minutes spent getting the first 50.  20 minutes on the set of 30, for some reason.  My rhythm was totally off — as Keith said maybe because CNS fried from deadlifts.  Couldn’t stay tight… everything just felt floppy and weird and couldn’t hold it together.  Fuck.  Me.  I think I did about 1000 double-unders in this time.  And ordinarily I can actually do double-unders. My most recent Annie, for instance, was around 6.5 minutes.  No idea what was going on today.  But for the record, I am totally fucking stubborn and will NOT DNF a motherfucking double-under workout, no matter how long it takes.

In general have been feeling super exhausted, slow, and generally just tapped out lately.  Need to get more and better rest.  Have way too often lately allowed myself to become peer pressured into a workout when my body was clearly telling me to take the day off.
