6 rounds + say 19 double-unders? Pistols assisted by holding onto squat cage and pulling my ass up off the ground. Did not recruit correct muscles. Pistol fail.

1, 1, 1: 45, 65, 95, 115, 135, 145, 155F, 155F, 150F, 150.
This is actually a bench press PR, so, yay!
CrossFit Cash Out
This was meant to be some sort of muscle-up / squat thing but I just practiced muscle-ups sorta instead. Until I became frustrated, which didn’t take long, frankly. Ugh.
