Back!  (A bit of rest needed after the final workout of the CrossFit Games Open, and perhaps more tellingly, a weekend full of end-of-Open debauchery!)

Bench Press

95, 115, 125, 135, 145F, 145F, 142.  Gah, I know I have 145.  Have hit 145 before.  142 felt easy.

CrossFit Cash Out

9, 15, 21 reps for time of:
Barbell Rows, 135lbs 95lbs
Ring Dips (scaled to one-leg-in-red-band)
GHD Situps

9:25.  Ring dips, even banded, got super, super hard in the set of 15.  Ugh.
