CrossFit Workout of the Day
“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
13 rounds + 2 push-ups.
Amazingly enough this is a 4-round PR. HA. Still don’t quite have the push-ups. Also experienced some pretty intense wheezing action mid-workout, which I have decided is just the equivalent of working out at high altitude — i.e. when allergy season is over, WATCH OUT 😉
