CrossFit  Buy In

15 Handstand Push-ups
15 Ring Dips
15 Push-ups

Attempted a couple kipping HSPU — wasn’t happening so switched to banded.  Did ~3 straight bar dips and ~12 red-banded since class was moving on without me.

CrossFit  Workout of the Day

Clean & Jerk
10 x 2 reps on the minute @ 123#

Fuck yeah, this felt good and strong.

CrossFit  Cash Out

Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
3 Deadlifts, 275lbs 95#
7 Push Presses, 115lbs 80#

7 rounds even.  Shouldn’t have paced quite as much — thought the push press would burn out a lot faster than it actually did!  Still, this was a good little burner.
