Completely failed to follow instructions on these and did ascending sets instead of sets across.  Oh well.

Important Other Things That Happened While I Had 100# On The Bar: Strict Press PR!!  Pretty psyched to finally hit a nice round 100 on this!

*Push-up, row right arm, push-up, row left arm. Body must remain in plank. No rotation of the torso when you row and both feet must remain on the ground.

9:41. Ugh.  So slow.  Push-up failure.
