The last time I did “Lynne” I did multiple rounds of 18 kipping pull-ups, so I think this paltry result may be thanks to the 70 C2B pull-ups I did yesterday…

(i.e. stated weight more-or-less at the bottom of the squat, weight+80# at the top.)

Jerk (110lb / 50kg)
