2011 CrossFit Games Open, Workout 11.2, Take 2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20”)
8 rounds + 10 push-ups.
Was originally scheduled to do it at South Brooklyn today… did it last night just because other people were doing it, I was inspired, I felt energetic, and I wanted to stop worrying about it. But still wanted to participate in the event today so… did it again!
And the result was basically — Warning: 24-hour push-up quota exceeded. Pectoral access DENIED.
Which is about what I expected. So… no harm, no foul. Or maybe some harm, but still no foul.
And no I am NOT doing it again tomorrow. You. Freaks.
