CrossFit Main Site Workout of the Day
Because this is something that I absolutely don’t want to do AT ALL.
Three rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions
42:22.
Push-ups took the longest but were actually not as painful as the run-squat-run-back-ext-run combo, which made my legs feel like jello. Confirmed: I am not good at this kind of thing.
