2011 CrossFit Games Open, Workout 11.2, Take 1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20”)
9 rounds + 8 deadlifts.
Went surprisingly well considering how abysmal my push-ups and box jumps are. Not the most fun I’ve ever had in a workout, to say the least 😉
