CrossFit Buy In

Hip & Shoulder Mobility (kinda half played around with this — previously in the afternoon attended 2-hour yoga class that I figure was sufficient, mobility-wise 😉

Back Squats x3
45, 65, 95, 135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195

Pretty happy to get 195×3 even if the 3rd rep was kinda shady.  Previous 1RM is maybe 205?  So this is good news.

2 Wall Climbs
2 Rope Climbs

2 rounds + 2 wall climbs

Yeah, this did not go well.  Rope climbing in Inov-8’s is shockingly more difficult than climbing in Nike Frees.  Ugh.  Gotta practice my foot lock with slidey shoes!
