CrossFit Buy In
Handstand Pirouettes and Push-ups on parallettes.

I am not very good at this 😉  Need more upper body strength.  Need to be able to do one-armed handstand better!  Need, need, NEED!

CrossFit Workout of the Day
3 rounds for time of:
400m Run
15 Bench Presses, 115lbs 95lbs
3 Rope Climbs


Seriously, sandbag running is easier =P

Battling Ropes

First time on the battling ropes (amazingly enough!)  Appropriately sucky.
