CrossFit Workout of the Day (from yesterday)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Push-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
20 Kettlebell Front Squats (switch arms after 10 reps)
4 rounds plus 5 push-ups.
Eh. Felt like I wasn’t pushing met-con capacity at all. Mostly just made my arms sore. Afterward I felt positively FRESH! So screwed around with a couple pistols which reminded me that I totally suck at pistols.
