Fucked around with some sumo deadlift practice. Bunch of sets up to 155. Couple sets at 155. Feels super awkward but hopefully will fix EVERYTHING 😉

Four rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups C2B Pull-Ups225 pound 135# Sumo Deadlift, 15 reps
Walking Lunge, 30 steps
11:40.
Keith rightfully points out that I should work on muscle-ups but I just felt like doing C2B today. And they felt pretty good — could actually string some together which is not always the case 🙂
Took it what-I-thought-would-be easy on the deadlifts, but something about the newness of the sumo style fucks with my nervous system and they ended up feeling really hard even at 135! (Walking lunges might not have helped either…)
