30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 95lbs
30 Burpees
30 Box Jumps, 24″
30 Overhead Squats, 95lbs
30 Wall Ball, 20lbs


SDLHPs killed me.  Everything else is a-okay at Man Weight but those were not working well even fresh.  I need to work on engaging my glutes.
