20 KB Swings (32/24kg)
40 Double Unders
9 rounds + 3 swings
Fun little burner. Really took some push to get through — just talking myself into picking up the kettlebell was a little battle every time. Could have used lungs three times bigger.

20 Archer Push-Ups, each arm
Oookay, so we finished with something I’m NOT so good at… Did these from my knees and still could really only manage two at a time. Didn’t really help that arms were annoyed about all the swings etc.
