CrossFit Buy In
Power Clean 1 Rep Max
145#.  Ugly as sin but didn’t feel as heavy as I expected.  Still definitely in the “power” range, which is awesome.

CrossFit Workout of the Day
“Death by Power Cleans”

With a continuously running clock perform 1 power clean the first minute, 2 power cleans the second minute, 3 power cleans the third minute, etc. until you are unable to complete the required reps in the required time. Use 55%-65% of your 1RM.
14 rounds + 13 cleans @85#.  Ahh coulda got 15 rounds…. need to work on that whole “mind over matter” thing.  Gave up before I started, more or less.

10:46.  This was no bueno.  I continue to be extremely bad at push-ups.  Got 3 the 1st round, 1 the 2nd, and 2 the 3rd… so lots of rowing!  Probably for the best, given how soon CRASH-B’s are (!!)
