CrossFit Buy In

Or in my case, fuck around on the rings for a while vaguely attempting to activate this “core” that everyone keeps talking about.  Note to Keith: I really do want that inversion lesson.  Don’t forget!

CrossFit Workout of the Day
“Olympic Weightlifting Total”
Snatch 1 Rep Max
Clean & Jerk 1 Rep Max
Snatch: 102, 107, 110F (107)
C&J: 125, 135, 145F (135)
Total: 242.
Snatch felt pretty good (PR!) although after lots of coaching from Kevin P. I realize that I need to do a LOT of work on my form.  Clean was just… tired.  Felt not very explosive.  Actually did complete the 145 clean but then had nothing left for the jerk.  Pretty sure I can do much better.
