Noey Week 1, Day 3

SKILL

Tumbling
15 minutes of practice — forward rolls, handstand-forward rolls, handstand-wheels, cartwheels.  A little playing on the parallel bars.

LIFT

Snatch
92×3, 97 (F, didn’t make it up from squat,) 97 (pressed out,) 97, 102F, 92×5, 97, 102F.

Heaving Snatch Balance

Clean & Jerk
1 OTM @105# for 10 minutes

Not a good snatch day.  At all.  Everything felt unbalanced.  I think my quads might be a little tired.

Not my day.  Last time I did this in 21 minutes, but that was @105#.  And a year ago.  So should be much faster, I think.
