Not even sure if this accurately recounts how many I did. Lots of going up in weight then going down in weight then going back up in weight… Lose confidence trying to get the bar overhead. It’s seriously all in my head — 145 went up so, so easily once I committed to it. Barely even a quarter-squat required.
Include also cleaning the bar after pretty much every attempt.

5 Deadlifts, 185#
10 Burpees

First round took 45 seconds. After that picking up the bar became difficult 😉
5 minutes rest, then:
100 double-unders for time: 1:31.
One day I will do this unbroken. Today was not that day.
