14 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs
14 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kgs
14 DB Overhead Walking Lunges, 35/25lbs (7 on each arm)
14 DB Renegade Rows, 35/25lbs (7 on each arm)
27:41. Man, that kinda sucked. Everything felt super heavy and super slow. Grip fried right off the bat. Lower back unhappy! Oh, happy V-Day! 🙂
