Noey Week 1, Day 1

SKILL

Hollow Rock
Worked rock for 10 minutes, starting in tuck, extending one leg, arms, both legs, trying to maintain curve.

LIFT

Hang Muscle Clean
45×5, 65×5, 85×5

Muscle Clean
85×3, 95, 105, 115

Clean & Jerk
95, 115, 125, 135, 145(C/F,) 155F, 135(C/F)x3, 135

Snatch
2 OTM @75# for 10 minutes

Felt very non-explosive and floppy today.  Jerk was sorta a disaster.  Got all up in my head again.  Need to work on it independently.

METCON

Sprints
100m-ish OTM for 10 minutes. 

Took between ~20 and ~35 seconds per lap.  Started feeling veerrrryyyy slow by the last couple laps!
