CrossFit Buy In
Accumulate 2 minutes in L- Sit
Didn’t really complete 2 minutes.  Attempted with blue-banding-slash-bondage as suggested by Keith.  Could kind of get feet off ground.  Emphasis on kind of.  Quads started cramping pretty much right away.  Must practice this.  Definite weakness.

CrossFit Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Overhead Squats, 135/95lbs
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Box Jumps, 24″
5 rounds + 3 C2B RX.  Pull-ups and box jumps slooowww.  OHS pretty awesome.  More or less proceeded as expected.

Accumulate 2 minutes in reverse plank.
3:20.  Oh wait I just realized I accumulated 3 minutes in reverse plank.  Also I may have written it on the whiteboard that way causing everyone to do 3 minutes.  Oops, sorry guys!  In any case, first 2 minutes were unbroken.
