Deadlift, 225lbs 155lbs
Overhead Squat, 135lbs 95lbs
7:59.
3-and-change PR over the last time I did this, so that’s awesome. Crunched my lower back a little bit by hyper-extending the top of the very first deadlift, which is not-so-good. Exactly what I *always* warn people *not* to do (go figure.) Hopefully it’ll work itself out in time for snowboarding tomorrow!
Also, just realized: 8 days on. This does lend extra credence to carbs ↓ ⇒ energy ↑. But maaayyybbee time to rest…?
