CrossFit Workout
5 3 rounds for time of:
5 Clean & Jerks, 105lbs
20 Pull-ups
5 Front Squats, 105lbs
20 Push-ups

Hrm.  22:43.  I really need to get better at pull-ups and push-ups.  105# cleans still feel pretty heavy.  Still, nice to get back into it a little bit.
