Odds-and-ends kinda day.
Squats
Dynamic Banded Quarter Squats (blue band)
– 10 to toes
– 10 to heel
– 10 toes + 10 heel
– 50 alternating toes and heel every 10
Box Jumps
Was going for just landing really really softly on little 12” box. Practiced from standing and from seated on 20” box. Apparently I have not ever box jumped correctly.
Snatch + 5xOHS
45, 65, 75, 85, 95 (still got it!)
Rowing
Intervals: 8×250
51.4, 52.2, 53.2, 54.1, 55.9, 55.5, 55.5, 55.0
Sucked, but resulted in sweet, sweet endorphin rush that I have been missing dearly.
Stretching
A little light yoga. A headstand.
Handstands
Practiced getting freestanding balance. Did a couple fall-into-wheels just to make sure I still could.
