Tabata Row for calories: 7.
Consistently 7 except I think interval 2 was accidentally 8. By the last interval I was barely squeaking by at 7. Cheated a little bit by spinning up about 7 seconds into each rest period. (The rower doesn’t start counting until the rest period is over — it’s just like taking a running start at it.)
