Clean & Jerk Practice
115# on the minute for 5 minutes
120# on the minute for 5 minutes

Still have a weird mental block regarding jerks.  Dunno.  Fear putting it overhead.  Fail before even starting.  Dreadful.

10 Deadlifts, 275lbs 175lbs
50 Double Unders
