5 wide push-ups
All push-ups done elevated on barbell resting on new rack pins in 6th hole.
Spent 10 minutes in bottom of squat.
Toyed with some front squats and presses.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps for time for-time-only-in-so-far-as-everything-is-kind-of-for-time-in-the-end:
Thrusters, 155 105lbs
Deadlifts, 315 185lbs

This was probably not a good idea. I mean, it’s nice that I can still do 105# thrusters. The 185# deadlifts made my head spin and have caused my back to be unhappy with me. I was really taking it slow, too, basically resting until my heartrate returned to normal after each set. So, yeah, more of a strength thing, less of a metcon thing. But a stupid strength thing. And I should be able to easily rep 185 and I can’t. Sigh.
