Handstand — 3 minutes unbroken. Hurt… a lot. Particularly those last 30 seconds, when I became pretty convinced I was going to fall onto my head.
Workout
Clean — 150#. Ugly but made it. Did not feel awesome today. Kept coming forward onto toes.

19:45 @45#. T2B took forever. Grip fail. Was down to two-at-a-time pretty fast every round.
