Challenge Weigh-Out

Officially lost zero weight. In fact managed to GAIN a couple pounds.  I may have a serious carb problem.

HOWEVER:

Deadlift — 245lbs (20lb PR)
21-15-9 Squats / Burpees — 4:10 (still marvelously slow but 0:39 faster than last time.)
