Played with the 6pm class.

20 minutes tumbling.  Did something twangy to my hip flexor.  Oops.

1RM Press: 96.5#.

10 minutes:
3 Deadlifts, 155lbs on the minute
As many reps as possible Box Jumps 20”

125 box jumps. Man this was tough.

5-3-1 Cycle 2, Day 7 (Deload)

Back Squat
95×5, 95×5, 110×5

Bench Press
50×5, 60×5, 75×5
