Push Press
1 rep every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
7 Thrusters, 85lbs
7 Pull-ups, C2B
6 rounds+1 thruster

Actually felt pretty good about this.  C2B’s sucked, but that’s kinda to be expected.
