Bulgarian Split Squats
Need to do these more often.  Posterior chain so weeeeaaakkk.

“10 Minutes In Heaven”
For max reps / cals:
4 minutes row
3 minutes burpee – lateral jumps (over parallette)
2 minutes pull-ups
1 minute squats
73+23+22+42 = 160

Need to seriously get faster burpee-wise.
