20 Pull-ups
25 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 25 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 14 pound ball
19-ish mins. Took this super easy because I was peer pressured into it 😉 Wanted to be resting today. Was meant to be 50 box jumps, and have 3 rope climbs at the end. Might have attempted the rope climbs but left my knee socks at home and really am attached to my leg skin.
