Wednesday 2010.09.01

Not an awesome workout day.

After two days of sloth, felt heavy and sluggish.  Attempted a pull-up.  It was very difficult.  The paleo challenge cannot come soon enough.

Added the weight wrong and thought I’d finally made it to 100 when I was really only pressing 95.  Totally depressing.

Little Workout
3 rounds for time:
30 double unders
2 lengths prowler push, 140#, high handles
3 rope pulls mat-to-standing

The first round I did double prowler.  Was going to do low handles on the way back but got very stuck so did high handles in a prowler circle.  Also had planned on 5 rounds and a real rope climb but, well, I felt lazy and forgot my knee socks. 

Hopefully a better day tomorrow for Karen!
