3 rounds for time but not really that much for time:
50 vertical leaps, 10” (touch target 10” over max reach)
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
32:09, I think.

More to work on my jumping, really.  My vertical leap is pretty paltry.
