Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Everything good except push-ups. I do not have anywhere close to 150 push-ups. Rounds were something like 5-8 minutes of push-ups. Suckage.
Also, my hip hurts. Again. And this did not make it better. Ugh.
