A little light lifting to test what my starting weights should be for the lifting meet on Saturday… so going for easy 1RMs.
Back Squat: worked up to 175. Knee a little tweaky.
Bench Press: worked up to 125. Practiced stopping dead at the bottom of the lift — that makes it a LOT harder!
Deadlift: worked up to 205!!! Easy PR and first time I’ve ever broken 200 (I know that seems amazing….)
So starting weights will be 175 / 120 / 205.
