Thursday 2010.06.11

A little leisurely dip / l-sit practice, but not enough of either to make me any better at them.  Verified that I can still do precisely 1 strict bar dip.

A pathetic 16:26. 

The rows were super easy.  My handstand push-ups have deteriorated significantly.  I was doing green+blue @9’, and able to get at least 11 straight, so I don’t know what happened.  May be because I haven’t been using my traps for anything (no olympic lifts or anything trap-y for at least a month.)  Plus traps got really sore right away.  Who knows.

I did also start this workout with green+blue on dumbbells in an attempt to save my wrist, which kinda hurts, but a) it’s WAY harder to kick up on dumbbells, for some reason, and b) that extra 2” range of motion made a bigger difference than I had anticipated.  Got through approximately 3 that way.
