  • Deadlift
  • Hang Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Behind the Neck Push Press

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

Each time you let go of the bar is a 5-burpee penalty that must be performed during your rest period.
